Food & Beverage Manager

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to drive results and build strong teams? We’re hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for our full service Holiday Inn on Portland Airport to oversee restaurant, kitchen, and banquet operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations (events up to 500 guests).
Lead, coach, and schedule F&B team members.
Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
Ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health regulations.
Partner with culinary leadership on menus and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of F&B management experience.
Strong leadership and financial skills.
Experience with banquets or high-volume service preferred.
Required food service permits & alcohol awareness certification.
A hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
