Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and overall functionality to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests.

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, Keeping the pool balanced
- Inspect equipment and identify repair or replacement needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems
- Assist with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and basic PLCs
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
