Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to drive results and build strong teams? We’re hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee restaurant, kitchen, and banquet operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations (events up to 500 guests).
  • Lead, coach, and schedule F&B team members.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Partner with culinary leadership on menus and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of F&B management experience.
  • Strong leadership and financial skills.
  • Experience with banquets or high-volume service preferred.
  • Required food service permits & alcohol awareness certification.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
