What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations (events up to 500 guests).
- Lead, coach, and schedule F&B team members.
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health regulations.
- Partner with culinary leadership on menus and promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of F&B management experience.
- Strong leadership and financial skills.
- Experience with banquets or high-volume service preferred.
- Required food service permits & alcohol awareness certification.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
