Nebula Cannabis is looking for passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our team! We are a premier cannabis retailer committed to providing an exceptional customer experience in a professional yet welcoming environment. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels informed, comfortable, and satisfied with their experience.

We are open 7:00 AM – 9:50 PM, 365 days a year, and team members must be available to work holidays and during inclement weather as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Maintain and organize the showroom floor to ensure a clean, professional, and inviting atmosphere.
Manage inventory, restocking, and product rotation to maintain optimal presentation and availability.
Operate the cash register efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Perform light office duties as needed to support daily operations.
Stay up to date with cannabis products, industry trends, and compliance regulations to educate customers effectively.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit required.
Previous experience in the cannabis industry, preferably as a budtender.
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including concentrates, extracts, and their effects.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Detail-oriented with excellent cash-handling and basic accounting skills.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a desire to contribute to a fun, laid-back, and professional work environment.
